1. Our agreement with you
These Terms govern your use of MFL Live, including the mobile applications, the web application at app.mfl-live.com, and mfl-live.com (the “Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Treeport Holdings LLC, the operator of MFL Live.
When we present these Terms with a sign-in notice, signing in indicates that you agree to these Terms. If we ask you to review updated Terms, selecting Agree indicates your agreement to that version. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services. You can still read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and contact us without accepting an update. Privacy settings is available after sign-in and any required Terms acknowledgment.
The Privacy Policy explains our handling of information, including the information needed to provide the Services and where optional usage reporting starts on or off. You can turn optional usage reporting on or off at any time in Privacy settings without losing access to the Services.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are available in English, French, and Spanish: Conditions d’utilisation, Politique de confidentialité, Términos y condiciones, and Política de privacidad.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand who are at least 18 years old. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet those requirements and have the authority to enter this agreement. Guardian permission does not make someone under 18 eligible under these Terms.
3. Your MyFantasyLeague account
MFL Live is a companion to MyFantasyLeague.com. You must have permission to access each account, league, and franchise you use through the Services. You authorize us to send the account credentials, session information, and requests needed to perform the actions you initiate with MyFantasyLeague. Keep your credentials secure and contact us if you believe someone has accessed the Services through your account without permission.
You are responsible for checking your league rules, transaction deadlines, and the result of lineup changes, waivers, trades, and other submissions. A display in MFL Live does not override your league's rules or the record maintained by MyFantasyLeague. If a result is unclear, verify it with MyFantasyLeague or your commissioner before the applicable deadline.
4. Using the Services
We give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You must not use the Services to break the law, access another person's account without permission, interfere with the Services, evade access controls, distribute malicious software, or infringe another person's rights. Do not use automated requests that damage or unreasonably burden the Services or their providers.
MFL Live is not a bookmaker and does not itself accept wagers or administer league prize payments. Any separate league arrangements are between the participants and the applicable provider. Nothing in the Services guarantees a sporting result, score, projection, or financial outcome.
5. Messages, feedback, and other content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the feature you use, respond to feedback, maintain security, and enforce these Terms. This permission is limited to operating and supporting the Services and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
League and matchup messages are available to the relevant participants and may be processed by MyFantasyLeague. Do not submit threats, harassment, unlawful content, credentials, or information you do not have permission to share. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms. League Chat and private messages are hosted by MyFantasyLeague; MFL Live shows them and posts them for you. To report a message, contact your league commissioner or MyFantasyLeague support. MFL Live does not handle chat reports. A league commissioner can also hide a League Chat message in MFL Live for the whole league, and you can block a franchise to stop seeing its messages.
6. Privacy, analytics, and notifications
The Privacy Policy explains service data and optional usage analytics, including Google Analytics and our custom usage records. The Share usage data setting controls optional usage reporting: Google Analytics, screen views, and feature taps. Turning it off does not disable ordinary account access or change your notification preferences. Previously received information is handled according to the policy's retention and deletion provisions.
Service requests, security processing, operation reports, the daily app activity record, and information needed to deliver a feature you request are part of providing the Services and are separate from optional usage reporting. Push notifications also depend on your device permission and notification settings. We do not promise that notifications will arrive before a league deadline.
7. Third-party services and intellectual property
MyFantasyLeague, Apple, Google, and other external services have their own terms and policies. Their availability and data may change. MFL Live is an independent companion; references to MyFantasyLeague, teams, leagues, and other brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
We and our licensors retain rights in the Services' software and original content. These Terms do not restrict rights that applicable law grants you or rights supplied under applicable open-source licenses.
8. Purchases, if offered
If a paid feature or subscription is offered, the purchase screen identifies the price, billing period, and renewal terms before you buy. Purchases through an app store are also subject to that store's rules. Manage cancellation and refund requests through the applicable store or contact us for assistance. Uninstalling MFL Live or declining updated Terms does not automatically cancel a store subscription. These Terms do not waive any refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the Services useful and reliable, but they may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, including lost opportunities caused by delayed data or a missed submission. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits nonwaivable consumer rights.
10. Ending use and updates
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material violation of these Terms, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Declining optional usage reporting is not a violation.
We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will identify the new version and effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. When we require renewed agreement, app access remains paused until you agree; the legal documents and support remain accessible. You can manage your sharing choice in Privacy settings after agreement. Changes do not retroactively authorize a new use of information or override a saved privacy choice.
11. Disputes and contact
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, to the extent applicable, California law, without displacing mandatory protections available to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live, including any right to bring a claim in its courts. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
